In the Event of Shipping Damage

To help us resolve any issues quickly, please review your shipment as soon as it arrives:

• Carefully examine the exterior packaging upon delivery. If you notice any dents, tears, or visible issues—even if the item inside appears unopened—be sure to note this on the delivery confirmation before signing.

• If you’re unable to open the package at the time of delivery but believe there may be a problem, clearly mark “suspected damage” on the receipt.

• Should your order arrive damaged, email clear photos of the item and packaging to support@TitanBuildSupply.com.

Once we receive the images, we’ll move swiftly to arrange a replacement or issue a refund—typically within one business day—so your project stays on track without unnecessary delays.
